Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or lightly tested, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at memreillc@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
